We can also send CD’s of completed cases, emails of requested records or forward the hard copies to your office. Record Summary
Express Medical Records offers medical summary services for requested or forwarded medical records. All we ask is a little information about the case in our Intake Form and a nurse or paralegal will promptly summarize your records.
Specific Review
Sometimes a complete record summary is not necessary. Express Medical Record’s nurses and paralegals can also flag digitally or in hard copy, specific predetermined information for easy searching. The final product can be sent digitally or in hard copy.
Bates Stamping
Bates stamping of medical records helps keep files organized. Our bates stamp options are customizable to include date and time, patient name, provider name, file number, etc. Bates stamping can be completed on all digital files as part of the scan fee or on hard copies as an additional copy fee.
