Express Medical Records considers every case a rush order. We submit all requests to the provider within 24 hours of receiving the providers and HIPAA Release of Information.

Absolutely! It will require us to make a copy of the current records so standard charges will apply.
How do I make a request?
Requesting from Express Medical Records is simple. You can utilize our online request form or send the information you already have to us. Our online form is located at http://www.expressmr.com/request_form.php. We also have form documents available for you to fill out if that is desired. We then ask that you fax or email the signed HIPAA Release of Information to request@expressmr.com or (317) 713-8757.

What does Express Medical Records do about provider fees?
We front provider fees to keep the requests moving along and then pass the cost through on our invoice. For provider fees over a predetermined amount, we will seek approval before proceeding. Our staff also understands and has state statutes for medical record copying fees at our disposal to use when dealing with provider fees. We tailor our requests to draw attention to the specific costs or right to free copies.

How will I be billed?
Express Medical Records fronts provider fees to ensure that your records are returned as quickly as possible. Once we complete all the requests for a case, we will send an itemized invoice listing our charges and those of the provider.
