Getting started with Express Medical Records is easy. You may utilize the request forms we have on this site or simply give us a call to learn more!
- Order: Fill out the online form or send via fax or email the list of providers and any contact info with the signed HIPAA Release of Information.
- Requests: We will have all the requests out within 24 hours to each provider in the manner they wish.
- Records Received: After weekly follow up calls, records are received and processed internally.
- Completion: File sent to you based on your preferences.
